The location of the hotel was ideal, with a shop nearby where the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself was lovely, with a variety of activities available to keep guests entertained. The animation team was exceptional and made the holiday enjoyable for everyone. The rooms were spacious and clean, offering a comfortable stay. The restaurant had a good variety of food options to cater to different tastes, and the staff were always cheerful and helpful.

Some of the staff at the hotel were not very attentive and there were issues with the air conditioning and lack of plug sockets in the rooms.

Liberty resort was great. Location was within 5 min walking distance to plage d'hotel neptunia beach. Here we were very close to few of our favorite spots such as sousse archaeological museum. We would recommend the venue and staff.

1) I arrived one day before booking, so they gained a second night from me. On the morning of second day, while transfering luggages in my car, I've been urgently call from the desk... they feared I was going away without paying... btw I've had already payed them the first night!!! 2) They do not accept Amex credit card, despite their customers range from all European countries.

A big red cross on the SPA service. SPA receptionist absolutely unprofessional. their services are by appointment but even though I have made ​​the reservation it was canceled at the last moment without any justification. No help from the hotel reception where i went to complain. In order to save time and money just avoid it.

Absolutely nothing good about this hotel, staff were very unprofessional, breakfast is the worst breakfast I have ever seen in a hotel, room was really cold no heating. I would strongly recommend to avoid this hotel. I simply do not understand how Ramada running this hotel, it is clearly not up to Ramada standards.

Hotel facilities and service were under my expectations. No room internet facility for a 4 Star hotel. No information leaflets or flyers in room. Toilet is placed separate from bathroom and with no basin for hand wash! The lift is very small. It can hardly accommodate 2 people.
